Achieving statuses is possible by accumulating nights when staying at AH Hotels on bookings made through direct channels: the official website of the Hotel, the Hotel Reservation Department, the Hotel Reception and Accommodation Desk. Bookings made on third party sites do not count toward accrued nights.
The status privileges of a member of the loyalty program apply only to the member's own number, regardless of the number of rooms booked by him, and are available only if the booking is made on the official website ActivHotels.ru or through the hotel reservation department.
When booking rooms through direct booking channels, loyalty program members receive exclusive rates (Member Rates). Under the Member Rate, the participating hotel must be booked by the resident member. Member rates are not offered for bookings of ten (10) rooms or more, and do not apply to special rates, existing bookings or group bookings.
To obtain the status and its renewal, only the nights of stay in the hotels of the network, used and paid personally by the member with the status, are taken into account.
To confirm the status and its renewal, you must collect the required number of nights within two (2) calendar years from the date of transition to a new status level. If during this time a sufficient number of nights is not accumulated, the status is automatically reduced by one level.
To account for the nights spent, the guest must personally stay at the hotel and pay for their stay using any available payment method.
Nights booked at group rates do not count toward upgrade accruals.
Regardless of the number of rooms booked and paid for by a guest who is a member of our loyalty program, for the calculation of nights that affect his status in the future, only the room where this guest is a member of the program is taken into account.
The opportunity to increase the status in our loyalty program due to the presence of a similar status in another hotel chain is provided to guests once. Members who do not reach the required number of nights in our loyalty program to maintain their status will not be able to upgrade their status again due to a higher status in the loyalty program of another hotel chain.
In the case that the status of a guest has been upgraded due to the presence of a status in another loyalty program, the guest receives only those privileges that are provided by our program.
Cancellation or suspension of membership of a member of the loyalty program at the initiative of the Company can be completely immediately unilaterally without written notice to the guest, if there are reasons or suspicions that:
- the guest has committed an act contrary to the current legislation;
- failed to pay any invoice issued by the Company or a Participating Hotel on time;
- acted in an inappropriate, offensive or threatening manner, or engaged in fraud;
- reported false information in order to obtain privileges;
- participated in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to the Loyalty Program.
All privileges, offers and services of the Loyalty Program are subject to their availability and are subject to change by the Company at any time without notice. The Company may terminate the Loyalty Program in whole or in part at its sole discretion.
